According to the Arizona Revised Statute § 28-1445, the Arizona Department of Transportation requires any person whose driving privileges, license, or permit have been suspended due to Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to complete an alcohol or other drug screening.

Step 1: Schedule and complete a 15-30 minute DUI Screening assessment with one of our licensed specialists
Step 2: Get a DUI class recommendation based on your assessment
Step 3: Screening results will be submitted to court or the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) as required.
Step 4: Enroll for the recommended DUI class and begin the program
Step 5: Receive a Certificate upon successful completion of the program. This will be forwarded to the Court and or MVD if required.
